Process Checklist

1. Either contact your Sun Sales or Sun Partner Rep and work with him/her on a configuration and to fill out a Matching Grant Request Form, or contact a Sun Rep directly, who will take your details and forward them on to a Sun Partner Rep who will contact you to work on a configuration and to fill out a Matching Grant Request Form. If you would like to enter your details online, please press the 'Apply now' button below and your details will be forwarded directly to a Sun Partner Rep


2. Once you have agreed to the configuration and quote, your rep will submit your request and quote for evaluation and possible approval.


3. If the match is approved, your rep will receive an approval number via email and forward to you, with cc to the Partner Rep, if a Partner is involved.


4. The quote number and approval number must be on your purchase order.


5. Cut purchase order within 30 days after the approval date and submit to Sun or Partner as usual.
